Filmore has proudly called Cherokee home for decades, where he and his late wife, Darlene, raised five children. With years of experience in real estate, livestock, and agriculture, Filmore brings a practical, honest, approach to every transaction.

He’s a proud member of the National and Iowa Associations of Realtors, the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, and Kiwanis Club.

And yes – he’s a die-hard Iowa Hawkeye fan!

Mike and his wife, Kelly, were born and raised in Cherokee, where they raised their five children. A proud lifelong resident, Mike brings a strong connection to the community and a wealth of local knowledge.

In addition to real estate, Mike owns a local laundromat, three apartment complexes, and several rental properties.

He’s a member of the National and Iowa Associations of Realtors.

Bob and his wife, Christina, live in Peterson, Iowa, where they’re raising their two sons.

In addition to real estate, Bob is actively involved in livestock, corn, and soybean farming. He brings a strong agricultural background and rural insight to every transaction.

He’s a member of the National and Iowa Associations of Realtors, the Peterson Lions Club, and the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation.

Mason was born and raised in Cherokee. After living in Scottsdale, Arizona, he and his fiancée, Lauren, recently moved back to Cherokee. Mason brings a strong passion and fresh perspective on the local market as a licensed real estate agent.

In addition to real estate, Mason owns a software company that specializes in automating and optimizing business processes and reporting - helping businesses make smarter, data-driven decisions.
